The Department of Labor has released its new publication entitled “The Employee’s Guide to the Family and Medical Leave Act“. The guide is a plain English simplified explanation of the basic benefits and requirements of the FMLA. You can print the publication for your use. It has several flow charts that will help explain the protections and workings of the FMLA.
